Second Annual Culture Day Vancouver

  • Strathcona Park 857 Malkin Avenue Vancouver, BC, V6A 2K5 Canada (map)

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗝UNE 𝟮𝟳𝘁𝗵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭!

In honour and memory of the #1323 children, Residential School Survivors & Kin, MMIW and Indigenous History Month; standing in Celebrating, Demonstrating and Advocating for Black & Indigenous Culture. Join our BIPOC Creative community as we demand change at Strathcona Park.

Our psychological and physical safety are under attack because we are misguided, misled and misinformed. The violent and racist acts against our cultural expression, cultural rights and cultural freedoms prevent us from being seen in totality.

The Vancouver BIPOC- CA (Black & Indigenous - People of Colour Creative Association) is a newly formed grass roots collective who are joining in solidarity to reclaim our voice! We are in the know with no ledge, we have got work to do. We need to gain opportunity to increase immunity toward egregious racist acts/thoughts. We are here to normalize what has been continuously denied and erased. Our historic and current presence is still here.

This is an act of violence, a hate crime and
